Shamara Peart is a Jamaican-Canadian multidisciplinary artist, arts and culture professional, researcher and writer. She uses she/they pronouns and currently lives in Katarokwi-Kingston.

They centre themes about queer relationships, Black diaspora identities, plants, mythology, and folklore in their work.
